Students and clients must take full personal responsibility for their usage of the information provided. Animal Talk gives no warranty on the choice of courses, workshops or consultations you make. Full details are displayed on our web site as to what the course will entail.  If for any reason you are not happy with your course selection this remains your responsibility.

Animal Talk is not responsible for any liability, or damage a client may incur whilst attending or receiving a course, reading, healing or any of the other services we provide, or as a result of actions taken or inactions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the information imparted in a course, reading, healing or any of the other services we provide.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Animal Talk be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal damage to self, others, loss of assets, or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use the products or services advertised on this site.

For the benefit of all of our clients and students, the management and staff of Animal Talk reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises where any workshop or course is conducted for any reason at any time.  We also reserve the right to stop anyone from entering the premises of these workshops and courses or receiving any services offered by Animal Talk at any time for any reason.

COURSES/WORKSHOPS/CONSULTATIONS

The course, workshop or consultation investment fee must be paid in full prior to the service or event.  If a student withdraws from the course before the course commences, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the student can find a suitable candidate to fill their place on the course as long as this has been approved by Trisha McCagh.  

If the course or workshop is cancelled then all monies will be refunded in full.

RETURN POLICY

Animal Talk has a 14-day full money back guarantee, provided goods are returned in an unused/unsoiled condition and in its original undamaged packaging.  Animal Talk must be initially notified of the intent and reason for returning goods.

Prices are subject to change without further notice. Do not discard your purchase receipt as all returns must be accompanied by your receipt. Please note: Refunds are given for merchandise only. Shipping & Handling Charges are non-refundable.
