All orders from this website are accepted and dependent upon the Delivery Conditions stated below.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated based upon the total weight value and the final destination of the order.  Therefore, the heavier the items and the greater the distance from Australia, the more expensive the delivery charge. If buying in bulk don’t hesitate to contact us regarding grouping the items for delivery.

Please note that we always endeavour to keep our delivery costs to a minimum and we only charge you the actual costs incurred to us.

All delivery costs stated on the invoice are in Australian dollars AUD and all costs are subject to change without notice.  All products ordered on a weekday will normally be despatched within 2 days of the order being placed pending credit card clearance; this does not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Within Australia you should receive your order within 3-5 days of placing your order pending credit card clearance.  In most cases, you should receive your order the next working day after the date of despatch.

International deliveries can take between 5 - 10 working days, depending upon the final destination and method of delivery.  Please note that for all Customers outside of Australia your imported goods may well be subject to import duties and taxes which are not included in our basic delivery charges.

Each destination country has its own different tariffs, rules and regulations concerning import duties and taxes.  Therefore, if this does apply to your country, these duties and taxes would need to be paid locally in your own country by you, before your parcel will be released for delivery by your local customs and excise office.
